Massey Fergusons parked in Detroit awaiting rail shipment.

Glendale Ave runs East to the old MF Detroit plant. See the tractors waiting to be loaded in the lower center. They were driven West on Glendale to the rail loading area.

Massey Ferguson Archives

This good piece of advice comes from the Issue 47 of Ferguson Furrows magazine.

Ferguson-Sherman, Inc.

Ferguson-Sherman, Inc. was in Evansville, Indiana and founded in 1925. They
apparently are the ones who sold the "Duplex" hitch for Fordson tractors. I am
wondering if this manual covers the plow for the "Duplex".

Manual No.: 3543 "Directions For The Ferguson Plow"

Is this a pay for play link. It does validate the date for the formation of
Ferguson-Sherman.

Carrara Agritalia MF 3600 Series

This link is partially in English. It talks about Carrara Agritalia designing
and manufacturing the MF3600 series tractors in Rovigo, Italy. The article did
not mention, that I could read, whether they are also painting this series with
Challenger or Agco paint.

It does mention that MF lost a lot of market share in Italy when Landini was
sold off.

They did use one MF design feature, the electro-hydraulically shifted
independent PTO.

This Massey Ferguson DT4500 is in Ireland. A brief discussion can be found on YT Mag. A photo of a DT 4500 in Landini paint, badges, and decals can be found in the book "A World-Wide guide to Massey-Harris, Ferguson, and Massey Ferguson"
